EVENT CENTER PARTNERING
We are blessed to have an Event Center within our facility which can be utilized to benefit you while benefiting the people served by ACTS Resource Center. We welcome businesses, non-profits, and ministries to partner with us for use of this portion of the facility.
The Event Center consists of the main meeting room, foyers, and a large conference room for buffets.
MAIN MEETING ROOM
The 2700 square foot meeting room has an approximate 200 person capacity when set up with chairs only (left picture) or 100 person capacity when utilizing our tables (left picture). Large screen, projector, and sound equipment are available for additional fees.
FOYERS
In addition to the meeting room itself, we have additional space to allow for vendor tables. Seven narrow vendor tables fit in the foyer area behind the large meeting room and there is room for six more in the back area of the main room.
CATERING & BUFFET AREA
Also, discounted catering is available and served as a buffet in the adjacent large conference room and may be included depending on your donation package. (Because we are a non-profit food bank, outside caterers are not allowed.)
You won't find a more reasonable rental or partnering situation in Denver. Consider contributing to feeding the hungry by partnering with us for use of the Event Center. Contact Nancy for details and scheduling.
